The city is a direct run up the 404 from our East York yard, which makes same-day assessments realistic most weeks. Bayview Hill estates often need a lift for custom glass, so we plan access on the first visit. Highway 404 office parks are scheduled for early mornings or weekends. Permits go through City of Richmond Hill Building Services.

### Homes and Buildings We Know

**Bayview Hill estates.** Built in the early 1990s, with cathedral ceilings and grand foyers suited to pyramid and ridge skylights. These need shop drawings and engineer sign-off, which we arrange.

**Oak Ridges and Jefferson.** Moraine lots with heavier snow load and more drift. We add saddle crickets above wide units and size curbs for the load.
